They reverb a lot more. If you want better SQ, they go with the V1's. The only real difference with the V2's is the increased depth for deeper subs. Otherwise they are about the same as the V1's. The JL stealthboxes are a great setup, but just one of my boxes puts out quite a bit more bass. If you have a pair it will actually make your hair move. It's pretty cool.
